NEW YORK, June 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- To celebrate the launch of the new Colgate Total® Advanced Pro-Shield™ Mouthwash, Colgate will be hosting "A Wish For A Swish", a special event to attempt to beat the current GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® record for the "most people using mouthwash simultaneously," which is currently held with 1,061 people.
On Tuesday, June 25 at 12:00 PM EDT in New York's Times Square, consumers will gather to take part in this exciting record attempt. Actress and TV host, Stacy Keibler, will join the Colgate Total® brand team as the event emcee, to help encourage healthy routines with new Colgate Total® Advanced Pro-Shield™ Mouthwash while rallying those in attendance to "swish" for a difference.
Colgate will donate $1.00 (USD) to Make-A-Wish® for every participant in attendance and for every "post-swish" smile uploaded to the Colgate Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/Colgate) from now until July 1, 2013 with a minimum donation of $50,000 up to a maximum of $60,0001.
