CNP Assurances - CNP Assurances has Finalized the Sale to Barclays Bank of its Stake in CNP BVP

As mentioned in the press release of December 22, 2014, after approvals by the relevant authorities, CNP Assurances completed the sale of its 50% stake in Spanish-based CNP Barclays Vida y Pensiones (CNP BVP) to Barclays Bank, on April 21, 2015, for a total of €457 MM, including a special dividend.
This transaction results in a capital gain of €248.5 MM in the first half of 2015.
