Clinch and Despegar Win GABBCON's ABBI Award for Most Effective Use of Video
Recognized for Innovative Use of Personalized Instagram Stories to Increase Sales

Clinch was awarded the ABBI for their work with Despegar, a travel booking site based in Latin America. Despegar worked with its long-time partner Clinch to create personalized Instagram Stories to sell hotel packages, destination activities, and repeat trips to consumers, who typically only used the site to buy airfare.
Despegar and Clinch created personalized mobile-first video ads for Instagram Stories. Clinch's ability to iterate and update videos in real-time reduced ad fatigue and helped Despegar double the engagement of their Instagram Stories and experienced a 28 times increase in return on ad spend.
