TAMPA, Fla. and BRISBANE, Australia, Feb. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ConnectWise, developer of the leading service management software designed exclusively for IT service providers, VARS, ISVs and MSPs, announced today that Client Heartbeat has completed integration of its customer satisfaction monitoring tool with ConnectWise.

Client Heartbeat provides a business intelligence tool that MSPs use to send automated, periodic surveys to their clientele. Customer responses are then benchmarked against other MSPs in the region. Client Heartbeat surveys achieve a significant participation rate of at least 60 percent, and with an awards program and social sharing functionality built in, MSPs have the opportunity to generate word-of-mouth referrals and win more business.
With this integration, partners can sync client data already in ConnectWise with the Client Heartbeat portal where the partner can monitor and manage survey results and information. Since surveys are performed quarterly, Client Heartbeat empowers partners with the ability to monitor and track customer satisfaction over time, and receive alerts regarding "at-risk" customers.
"Having run my own MSP in the past, we know how important it is to retain managed service clients, and our unique tool makes it possible to regularly solicit, collect, and analyze customer feedback," said Gordon Tan, Founder at Client Heartbeat. "With this integration, ConnectWise MSPs now have an industry-specific way to compare their performance against companies of similar size in their city, state, or nationally, as well as monitor customer satisfaction for retention."
"Client Heartbeat is an efficient way for ConnectWise partners to augment their efforts to deliver superior service, retain more clients, and earn new business through referrals," said Jeannine Edwards, Director, ConnectWise Community. "Partners will find this tool valuable for gathering information in order to assess their performance, and another way ConnectWise partners can keep a sharp competitive edge in their markets."
