Clarke Announces Appointment of Vice President Investments

HALIFAX, Sept. 18, 2013 /CNW/ - Clarke Inc. ("Clarke" or the "Company") (TSX: CKI CKI.DB.A) today announced that Dr. Dustin Haw will assume the position of Vice President Investments of Clarke.  Dr. Haw was an investment analyst at Geosam Capital Inc. ("Geosam"), a private investment company specializing in small and mid-capitalization companies, with a focus on real estate and industrial investments.  Prior to joining Geosam, Dr. Haw was a research associate at the University of Western Ontario.  Dr. Haw holds a PhD in physics from the University of Western Ontario. Michael Rapps will step out of the role of Vice President Investments of Clarke but will remain involved in Clarke in an advisory role, including as a board member.
