("MultiPlan" or the "Company"), a leading value-added provider of data analytics and technology-enabled end-to-end cost management solutions to the U.S. healthcare industry, Churchill investors are invited to attend MultiPlan's webcast/call to discuss its second quarter 2020 results and receive an update on the pending business combination on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at 4:15 p.m. Eastern Time.
