Christian Brands, Inc. Announces Promotion of Monte Mertens to Vice President of Operations

PHOENIX, June 15 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Christian Brands, Inc., a leading provider of church supplies and Christian gifts, today announced the promotion of Monte Mertens to Vice President of Operations. Mertens joined Christian Brands in 2004 as Director of Operations, where he has been responsible for the design, deployment, and operation of all facilities within the company's national distribution network and manufacturing facilities in Lewisburg, TN. In addition, he has managed the 25 seat call center, the Trinity Logistics division and the manufacturing facilities of Will & Baumer Candle Company also centered in Lewisburg. In his new role, Monte Mertens will have continued responsibility for the company's complete logistics network and will also manage marketing and information technology.
