Chicagoland Manufacturing Renaissance Leader Appointed to U. S. Commerce Secretary's Manufacturing Council
CHICAGO, Feb. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Craig Freedman, Co-Chair of the Chicagoland Manufacturing Renaissance Council and President & CEO of Freedman Seating Company, was appointed today by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker to serve on the secretary's Manufacturing Council.
Comprised of 30 private sector leaders selected for their expertise and industry perspectives, the Council advises the Commerce secretary on policies to strengthen the manufacturing economy and create jobs.
