Cheeseburger In Paradise Goes To Sea With Lent-Friendly All You Can Eat Fish Friday Offering Plus Coastal Adventures Menu Available March 7 To April 18
HOUSTON, March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/-- Cheeseburger in Paradise Executive Chef Andrew Larue is finding his seasonal inspiration off the coasts this month. To showcase the bounty of the sea while providing expanded offerings for diners marking Lent, the tropical bar and grill chain is featuring two, limited time menu offerings from March 7 through April 18.
Every Friday during the promotional period, dine-in guests can indulge in all of the hand-battered, golden fried Fish and Chips they can eat for just $12.99 per person. Served lightly seasoned, the fish is served with signature, creamy coleslaw and french fried potatoes.
A special Coastal Adventures menu of beachfront favorites will also be available daily throughout the timeframe with four delectable choices including:
- Shrimp Po' Boy & Fries for $10.99 – shrimp, hand-breaded in a custom-seasoned flour, deep fried and topped with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and Claussen® pickles, served with coleslaw, tartar sauce and cocktail sauces
- Coastal Trio for $13.99 – a sampling of coastal favorites including a fresh handmade crab cake, 1/2 portion of Kingston salmon and perfectly blackened shrimp served with Teriyaki broccoli and island rice
- Blackened Tilapia for $11.99 – fresh tilapia blackened with bronze seasoning and served with Teriyaki broccoli and island rice
- Coastal Shrimp & Avocado Appetizer for $9.99 – a generous portion of perfectly sauteed shrimp mixed with garlic and onions tossed in a creamy white wine butter sauce then topped with fresh avocados and tomatoes
