NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ChanceLight™ Behavioral Health and Education, the nation's leading provider of behavioral health and education solutions for children and young adults, today announced it has acquired Sage Care Therapy Services, which provides in-home pediatric therapy services to medically fragile patients who have special needs.
Sage is headquartered in Dallas and provides physical, occupational and speech therapies to patients age 21 and younger in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
