CerpassRx Achieves the Trifecta of Satisfaction Scores
Results showcase company's excellence in client and member services, far surpassing industry standards
DALLAS, June 2, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- CerpassRx, a fast-growing Texas-based pharmacy benefit management company, announced their outstanding satisfaction results in three key areas: Member Services, Client Implementation, and Account Management. The results validate the company's commitment to exceptional member services and strong client partnerships.
For 2021, CerpassRx implementation team earned a satisfaction score of 100% for all newly implemented clients. Specifically, 94% of clients were "very satisfied" and 6% were "satisfied". The Account Management survey also excelled with their 2021 satisfaction scores. The survey found that 100% of CerpassRx clients were satisfied. Specifically, 76% of clients were "very satisfied" and 24% of clients were "satisfied."
