Company Launches New Menu Concepts, Fan Promotions, and Guest Services for AT&T Park
SAN FRANCISCO, March 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the largest hospitality partner to North America's premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues, announced today a series of new menu concepts, facility improvements and service enhancements for the San Francisco Giants 2011 Season at AT&T Park.

Menu Highlights
Fans will have several new menu items to enjoy this season. Centerplate's chefs spent the off-season creating menu items worthy of World Champion Fans. New additions include:
Apple Chicken Sausage, Lamb Sausage served on authentic San Francisco sourdough bread
Fresh Seafood The Centerfield Chowder House will now highlight a Seafood Combo Platter featuring Ale Battered Cod, Crispy Fried Shrimp, and Calamari over Chowder House Thick Cut Fries.
Gluten Free Dog A quarter pound Gluten Free Hot Dog will be served from the Budweiser Brew Pub in Promenade Section 112 and can be coupled with gluten free Kettle snacks along with gluten free Redbridge Beer.
Boneless Chicken Wings hand shaken and prepared to order with an extensive assortment of sauces, including blazing hot, sweet Thai chili, basil pesto, bourbon, peach habanero BBQ and lemon salt & pepper
The popular Orlando's stand in upper centerfield "Home of the Cha Cha Bowl" is also being revitalized and expanded to include new menu offerings.
The Baby Bull: Hand Carved Roasted Tri Tip sandwich prepared with Orlando Cepeda's family recipe marinade. Served piled high on fresh baked torta bread with a choice of Orlando's salsas and traditional toppings.
Sweet Potato Fries: Chipotle and Cinnamon tossed fresh cooked sweet potato fries. A new taste sensation guaranteed to compete with AT&T Park's established signature Garlic Fries.
"El Gigantes" Dog: Giant Half Pound All Beef Natural Hot Dog right off an outdoor grill. Can be topped with queso and Orlando's salsas.
Mojito and Margarita Bar: Perfect drink complements to any of the new Orlando's menu items or the Cha Cha Bowl.
Fan Appreciation and Special Promotions
World Series Championship, Opening Day, and Championship Ring Merchandise will be featured from the various Centerplate merchandise kiosks open throughout the ballpark. Likewise, Centerplate has developed limited edition "Opening Day" Souvenir Soda Cups commemorating the World Series Championship and a Popcorn filled Giants Souvenir Batting Helmet.
Guest Services Enhancements
In addition to these new menu offerings and promotions, new digital menu boards will be installed in 11 concession stands across all three levels of the stadium. The system, designed and supported by Ping HD a leading digital communications firm, will display full motion graphics, support dynamic menus, and feature fan promotions and other in-game communications that will enhance the gameday experience.
To complement its culinary and design additions, the company has also initiated a series of enhancements to its service training and experience assurance initiatives. Centerplate's training program, which has been completely revamped and re-launched for this season as Centerplate University, is based on a series of training sessions that reinforces the principles and behaviors of gracious guest service for a better fan experience.
