Centerplate Showcases the Flavors of the Carolinas for the NHL All Star Game Festivities
STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the largest hospitality partner to North America's premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues will play hospitality host to the 2011 NHL All-Star Celebration. In conjunction with the 58th NHL All-Star, the celebration features three days of live music, interactive exhibits and activities. A live performance by 3 Doors Down, chances to test hockey skills and a world of great food, surprises and NHL hockey history.
Centerplate is certainly no stranger to the NHL or world-class events, serving as hospitality partner to the New Jersey Devils and 12 Super Bowls, 20 World Series, the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics and 15 official U.S. Presidential Inaugural Balls.
Centerplate will also be the exclusive caterer for the, NHL All-Star VIP Party on January 29, the gala event will host players, key sponsors, team owners and other key league stakeholders.

This year, to complement its culinary offerings, the company has also initiated a series of enhancements to its service training and experience assurance initiatives.
