Fans Line Up For New Chance to Sport 49ers Team Colors
PALO ALTO, Calif., Nov. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, America's leading event hospitality partner to the country's top stadiums, entertainment venues and convention centers, has opened the first permanent team store for their NFL partner, the San Francisco 49ers. Located at Town & Country Village in Palo Alto, CA, the team store will be open seven days a week through the remainder of the football season, allowing more 49ers fans than ever to sport their team's colors. As part of this exciting 49ers season, Centerplate and the 49ers hosted a grand opening of the new 49ers Team Store, with fans lined up around the block to get to be the first inside the store.
The 1,800 square foot 49ers Team Store offers all the newest styles of 49ers apparel, including the latest authentic team gear from Nike. While this is the first permanent team store location, fans should also be sure to check out the Shop 49ers mobile trailer in Justin Herman Plaza on weekdays in San Francisco which will also be operated by Centerplate.

Centerplate tapped noted design-build firm M3 of Seattle to design and construct the new team store within 10 days. Notable elements of the exciting design include an overscale representation of 'The Catch' on the red floor, a turf display wall, a New Santa Clara Stadium Preview Area, where fans interested in the 49ers new stadium can sit in real stadium seats and test out potential sightline views.
Centerplate and the 49ers will offer gear including Authentic San Francisco 49ers Jerseys, T-Shirts, Hats and Sweatshirts among other items.
