Chef-Inspired flavors of San Francisco Delight Fans With Local Favorites
SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the leading hospitality provider to the National Football League, and proud hospitality partner to the San Francisco 49ers, is ready for the 2012-2013 season with an incredible new fan-focused hospitality program for 49ers fans at Candlestick Park. Paying tribute to San Francisco's traditions and heritage, Centerplate's 2012 plans add a few innovative wrinkles, to a long list of Bay Area favorites.
From top-shelf American Kobe beef burgers to artisan sausages, and classic Garlic Fries, 49ers fans will be treated to an array of San Francisco inspired game-day delicacies. Including:
- Chicken Tacos - With grilled chicken, onions and cilantro, fresh salsa Verde, ranchero cheese and a lime wedge.
- Cubano Sandwich- Roasted pork, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pickle slices, mayonnaise and mustard served on a ciabatta roll.
- Premium Hamburger- All natural, California grass fed, American Kobe beef patty topped with Monterey Jack Cheese, Served Open Face on a Crustini Roll with Artisan Romaine Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, and Pickle Chips.
- Sutter's Grill - offering an Italian, Andouille hot link, Sheboygan Bratwurst, Kielbasa Polish sausages, the Tuscan Italian sausage sandwich and the Bavarian pretzel.
- Garlic Fries will now be available in the Grand Plaza

In 2012, Centerplate will also launch The Centerplate Promise, as part of its core commitment to support and improve the communities in which Centerplate staff live and work. At Candlestick Park, the Centerplate Promise will donate $100 for every home-team touchdown during 49ers home games. The funds will go towards combating youth homelessness.

Making it easier than ever to find these fan-friendly items, the Victory Select menu will be offered at virtually all general fare locations. Fans can learn more about the menu items on large graphical menu boards installed this season to showcase Victory Select. Also on the menu for health conscious fans is Centerplate's SnackSmart collection – two assortments of healthier for you snacks, including many gluten-free options.
