NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Another exciting season for the New Orleans Saints means another year of thrilling new stadium menu creations and hospitality innovations for Saints fans, including seafood Nachos, house-smoked brisket sandwiches and an all-new Crescent City Cheesesteak. New at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome:
- Smoked Chicken Wings with Orange Chipotle BBQ Sauce: served with celery and Ranch dressing.
- BBQ Brisket Sandwich: Slow smoked brisket served on a Kaiser roll with fried onion straws, cole slaw and homemade kettle chips
- Roast Prime Rib Sandwich: Slow roasted prime rib with caramelized onions, horseradish mayonnaise, served on Ciabiatti bread, with homemade kettle chips
- Crescent City Cheesesteak: Our version of Philly Cheesesteak, slow roasted beef with onions, peppers and house-made cheese sauce. Served on French bread with homemade kettle chips
- Seafood Nachos: Shrimp, scallops, and crawfish in queso served with tortilla chips, red jalapenos, green onions, cheddar cheese, and sour cream

The new Vegan program features tasty dishes including: Vegan Pickled Sampler: Olives and Dried Chilies, Peel and Eat Lupini Beans, Pickled Radishes and Mustard Seeds, Grilled Vegetable Board: Grill Broccolini, Roasted Baby Carrots, and Roasted Tri Colored Cauliflower, Chilled Golden Beet Board: Roasted Golden Beets with Avocado, Cucumber and Smoked Tofu Sauce, garnished with Caper Berries and Bagel Chips, Portabella Carpaccio: Grilled Portabellas, with Pickled Red Cabbage and Rye Bread Toast Points and a Vegan Chocolate Chips Cookies.
