Chef-Inspired flavors of South Florida Delights Fans at New "Dolphins Prime"
MIAMI GARDENS, Fla., Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the leading event hospitality provider to the National Football League and proud hospitality partner to the Miami Dolphins, unveiled today a series of new hospitality programs and community initiatives for the 2012-2013 NFL season. Building on a tradition of world-class hospitality at Sun Life Stadium, Dolphins fans can expect an incredible game day experience in 2012-2013 with Centerplate's new hospitality plans including the all new "Dolphins Prime" Buffet. The buffet's chef-inspired celebration of South Florida flavors and favorites introduces an impressive touch of fine cuisine for Dolphins fans including:
- Grilled Chicken Sausage & Polenta - Roasted pepper, onion & garlic flavored sausages...char grilled; Creamy gorgonzola cornmeal mush.
- Crab & Shrimp Cakes - Lump crab & white shrimp with capers & olives pan seared; served on Bruschetta topped with tomato concasse.
- Baby Bello Risotto - Cremini mushrooms, onion and sage folded into creamy saffron infused Arborio rice.
- Chilled Poached Shrimp - Lemon & spice poached jumbo shrimp...chilled and served with tequila Lime cocktail sauce
- Baked Clams - Fresh shucked cherrystones filled with onion, bacon, tomato, caper, butter and breadcrumbs.
- Amuse-Bouche - Sun dried tomato tart with Fontina & prosciutto; Grilled Sea scallops with white truffle oil; Port braised short rib with eggplant.

Additionally, Centerplate is introducing a new program in the stadium suites called Chef Naturals. This new program features seven tasty dishes, some sports classics, and some soon to be favorites, all featuring naturally sourced ingredients including : wild white shrimp served with a spicy cocktail sauce and lemon and lime wedges, all meat frankfurters with caraway seed Riesling sauerkraut, tomato fondue, and natural potato rolls and Flourless Chocolate Cake with chipotle spiked natural Mexican cocoa ganache and fresh strawberries among others.
Centerplate also has exciting new men's, women, kids and toddler apparel, hats, visors and novelties. New items include a new Nike Team jersey as well as an exciting assortment of Nike Men's Dri-fit tees, polo shirts identical to the ones worn on the sidelines, shorts, jackets and unique tees.
