Centerplate Heats Up the Ice with New Menu Items at BankAtlantic Center
New Menu Concepts and Promotions for the 2011 Florida Panthers Season
SUNRISE, Fla., Oct. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the leading hospitality partner to North America's premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues, including the Florida Panthers, announced a series of new menu concepts, fan promotions and guest services for the 2011 National Hockey League Season at BankAtlantic Center.

This year's theme for the Florida Panthers is "We see RED." In support, the color red has been added throughout the facility including all of Centerplate's quick-serve locations, walls, pillars, elevators, quick-serve stands, and signage. Along with the players, Centerplate team uniforms will also be red this season. In addition, the Panthers have gone back to the traditional red uniform as well as Centerplate uniforms.
Fans will have several new menu items to enjoy this season including the Philly Cheese Steak served with Saratoga chips and a Burger and French fry meal. Centerplate also introduced two new fan appreciation promotions for Panther fans, the "Bottomless Soda," served in a souvenir 32 oz refillable soda cup as well as the "Bottomless Popcorn" served in a refillable popcorn tub.
In other recent news, Centerplate welcomes the addition of new client-partners including the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, one of the nation's largest convention centers, Notre Dame and the Santa Clara Stadium, a new stadium which will serve as the future home of the San Francisco 49ers.
