This honor recognizes that SimplyWell's program is evidence-based and offers tools and resources that are proven to help delay or prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes. In order to be selected, a program must meet the CDC's quality standards to ensure that members who complete the program are empowered to take control of their health using proven methods and techniques.
