Unparalleled Education to Push Catering Cuisine to New Heights
Sponsored by American Metalcraft, Sterno, Bamboo Studio, Red Bird Farms and Fresh Origins, the Art of Catering Food's three days of intensive education will take place at Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium. Catering chefs from around the country will take part in over 20 hands-on classes, with Dine + Learn sessions and a food truck-focused lunch giving participants even more educational opportunities. Culinary roundtables and tours of Denver's most prominent catering facilities will make the event a must-attend for catering chefs.
Classes will include information on working with lucrative ingredients; international dishes from Peru, Vietnam and the UK; new ideas for food presentation and hors d'oeuvre; and advice on working with sales, employees and clients to improve profit margins. Courses include "Take Your Barbecue and Regional Cuisine to the Next Level," "I Can't Believe You Sold That: Bridging the Gap between Chefs and Sales Managers" and "Beyond Ceviche: Exploring Peruvian Cuisine." Attendance is limited to 450 chefs, who will attend all classes together, so the opportunity to network with catering's creme de la creme is can't be missed.

Caterers will also benefit from Sterno's culinary expertise, using their products for live demos. Bamboo Studio's disposable and reusable product lines will be used for sampling and for plating discussions. A Monday Lunch + Learn event and Much Ado about Chicken course will be sponsored by Colorado farm-to-table experts Red Bird Farms.
