Philip joins Carousel from Saint Vincent Health System in Erie, Pennsylvania where he has been their telemedicine coordinator for the past 4 years. Philip has implemented various policies and procedures that have improved efficiencies, reduced costs for technology departments within the telemedicine network. Philip has a comprehensive background in telemedicine and has worked with various organizations developing and implementing solutions to ensure maximum productivity and has also has worked on the IT side creating and installing capacity management software. He has helped hospitals reduce rehospitalizations by implementing programs that enhance the patient experience and drive the costs down to the patients.
