Carey Names Sally Snead Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
WASHINGTON, June 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Carey International, Inc, the worldwide leader in chauffeured transportation and value-added logistics management, announced today the promotion of Sally A. Snead to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Ms. Snead joined Carey in 1984 and has extensive expertise in all aspects of ground transportation management. During her tenure as Vice President of Carey's Meetings and Event Services Division, She coordinated and managed some of the largest group transportation programs in travel industry history, including the 2005 evacuation of New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. Ms. Snead has previously served as Vice President, Information Technology, General Manager of Carey Los Angeles, and General Manager and Operations Manager of Carey Washington, DC, and most recently, as Senior Vice President of Operations.
