Cannabiniers Signs Exclusive Agreement with Lighthouse Strategies to Utilize Skinvisible's Patented Pharmaceutical Polymer for the US Cannabis Market

SAN DIEGO, Dec. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cannabiniers, an established technology and brand management company revolutionizing the cannabis industry, today announces the company's definitive license agreement with multi-faceted management company Lighthouse Strategies LLC. ("Lighthouse") who recently announced a license agreement with Ovation Science Inc., subsidiary of research and development company Skinvisible Pharmaceuticals, Inc. With this, Lighthouse has exclusive use of Ovation's new patented topical and transdermal formulations for select USA markets. Skinvisible continues its expansion with this agreement, adding to the recently signed licensing agreement with Canopy Growth Corporation for exclusive rights for Canada.

Per the agreement via Lighthouse, and in participation with the Advocacy Research Center "ARC", Cannabiniers will leverage its national indirect manufacturing and distribution channel to distribute treatments that incorporate Ovation's patented technology across the United States and in doing so drive the development of safe, healthy, lifestyle-integrated treatments (both topical and transdermal) with the added benefit of accurate time released dosing. Cannabiniers' flagship product, Brewbudz®, is already available in Nevada with aggressive expansion plans slated for California, Colorado, Washington State, Oregon, and Arizona.
