CamberView Continues to Expand, Adding Andrew P. Letts, Former Managing Director and Head of Corporate Governance from State Street Global Advisors, as Partner

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CamberView Partners, LLC, the leading source of independent, investor-led advice for public companies on shareholder activism and engagement, announced today that Andrew P. Letts has joined the firm as a Partner. He joins CamberView from State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), where he was most recently Managing Director and Head of Corporate Governance.

As Managing Director and Head of Corporate Governance for SSgA, Mr. Letts led all proxy voting and issuer engagement activities and oversaw research and analysis of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues across domestic and global investment strategies, developing firm-wide proxy voting and issuer engagement policies. Mr. Letts has also served as the chairman of the SSgA Proxy Committee, the co-chair of SSgA's ESG Working Group, and a member of the State Street Corporate Responsibility Working Group. Previously, he was a Senior Corporate Governance Analyst at SSgA and also served as a Principal in Global Investment Operations. He holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Roger Williams University.
