LOS ANGELES, Dec. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Legal-Bay LLC, The Lawsuit Settlement Funding Company, reports today that Caitlyn Jenner is being sued by yet another family who was involved in the fatal car wreck that occurred in Malibu in February of this year. Caitlyn Jenner (formerly Bruce Jenner) is a former Olympian and currently, a reality television star. It was unclear whether or not Jenner would face charges, as investigators determined she was traveling at "unsafe speeds" for the current traffic condition at the time, however, prosecutors did not file a vehicular manslaughter charge against the celebrity. While she wasn't charged, she is now facing several lawsuits over the Malibu car crash, most recently by a family who suffered serious injuries in the collision. The Wolf-Milesi family recently sued the celebrity in Los Angeles Superior Court for negligence in the crash that happened on the Pacific Coast Highway. The Wolf-Milesi family's sport utility vehicle struck Kim Howe's car, and the lawsuit states "the four members of the Wolf-Milesi family and another occupant of their vehicle sustained serious injuries in the crash." The lawsuit also says "The emotional effects of being involved in a collision that has taken the life of another has caused tremendous distress and suffering for the Wolf-Milesi family."

The horrific crash resulted with 69-year-old woman, Kim Howe, dead. The deceased woman's stepchildren, according to NBC, have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Caitlyn Jenner, claiming that she was negligent in her collision with Howe's vehicle, "causing them and other relatives 'great losses'." According to USA Today, Jenner is also facing another lawsuit by a driver of the other car involved in the collision. Legal-Bay says that tragic accidents such as this one unfortunately occur, resulting in serious personal injury and sometimes death. If you, or a loved one, have been in any such accident, please visit the company's website at http://lawsuitssettlementfunding.com/ for more information on how Legal-Bay can assist you during this difficult time.
Chris Janish, CEO, commented on the recent news, "As we had said early on that we anticipated a wrongful death suit against Ms. Jenner to be initiated in this truck accident on PCH, it has been filed by the victim's family. A wrongful death settlement range for a case like this could top several million dollars. Unfortunately, family members are left tending to the affairs of the deceased and sometimes they are in need of a lawsuit cash advance to continue their lives uninterrupted."
