'Built Your Way Makeovers' Contest Gives Quadrant Homeowners the Chance to Win a Room Transformation From Lifestyle Expert Kelley Moore
Quadrant's Facebook fans to choose winners to be spotlighted in the 'Built Your Way Makeovers' webisode series
BELLEVUE, Wash., Feb. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- More Washingtonians live in a Quadrant home than any other builder in the state, and now Quadrant is rewarding lucky homeowners with the chance to win a room makeover courtesy of lifestyle expert Kelley Moore.
Residents of Quadrant Homes communities throughout the Puget Sound will have the opportunity to make a case for why they should be selected for a room makeover. Quadrant's Facebook fans will determine winners from submissions in the bedroom, living room and kitchen categories, with the grand prize winners receiving a customized redesign. The redesign for all three winning rooms will be featured in Quadrant Homes' ongoing webisode series, "Built Your Way Makeovers," with Moore walking viewers through every step of the process.
"We're excited to partner with Kelley on this series and show our homeowners what's possible in a Quadrant home and how they can make their homes distinctly theirs, on a budget that makes sense for them," said Celeste Murphy, Quadrant Homes marketing manager. "The entire series is a natural extension of our unique Built Your Way philosophy, which gives the customer a home built precisely to their order."
Moore is a Seattle lifestyle expert who appears regularly on KING 5 New Day Northwest, along with guest appearances on national television shows such as The Nate Berkus Show, Ellen, The Today Show, The View, Rachael Ray and Tyra Banks. Through the "Built Your Way Makeovers" webisode series and this contest, she brings her passionate eye for design into the living spaces of Quadrant communities. Her style is fun, lively, and inviting and motivates others to begin to see what's possible in their lives and in their home.
"I'm thrilled to work with Quadrant Homes to show how easy it is—once you start with a quality foundation—to personalize your home on a budget. I'll show our winners the tricks of the trade, but any homeowner will be able to apply these on their own," Moore said.
Members of Quadrant communities will be able to submit a photo of their room, along with a description of why they feel it deserves a redesign, on the Quadrant Homes Facebook page from Tuesday, February 8 to Monday, February 28, 2011. A panel of Quadrant Homes employees, together with Moore, will then select three finalists in each category. Facebook fans will be able to vote for their favorite finalist in each of the three categories (bedroom, kitchen, living room) by visiting Quadrant Homes Facebook page from Wednesday, March 2 to Tuesday, March 8, 2011. The winners will be announced on Thursday, March 10, 2011. The "Built Your Way Makeovers" webisode series will be available at www.quadranthomes.com and on the Quadrant Facebook page starting in March.
