Brixmor Grows Relationship with Charming Charlie
Opening Four Stores in Multiple Markets
NEW YORK, June 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Brixmor Property Group announced the recent opening and four new lease executions with Charming Charlie for locations across the Brixmor portfolio. Brixmor, with its strong national platform, is pleased to expand this fashion jewelry and accessories retailer to its shopping centers, enhancing the center's retailer mix and appeal. Charming Charlie was the winner of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Hot Retailer of the Year award in 2010.

The locations with Charming Charlie are as follows:
- An 8,878 square foot store opened in July 2011 at Trinity Commons, located south of I-30 on the NW corner of South Hulen Street and Bellaire Drive South in Ft. Worth, TX.
- A lease was executed for a 6,471 square foot location at The Quentin Collection, located north of I-90, on the northeast corner of North Rand Road (Route 12) and North Quentin Road in Kildeer, IL.
- A lease was executed for a 9,048 square foot location at Hillcrest Shopping Center, located southeast of the Interstate 585 and Interstate 85 junction, on the northeast corner of Main Street (Route 29) and Fernwood Glendale Road in Spartanburg, SC.
- A lease was executed for a 7,200 square foot location at Oakwood Commons, located north of I-40 on the northeast corner of Lebanon Pike (Highway 70) and Andrew Jackson Parkway, Hermitage, TN.
- A lease was executed for a 6,500 square foot location at Pointe Orlando, located on International Drive across from the Orange County Convention Center, in Orlando, FL.
