Bridgeway Software Plans for Growth in 2011
Houston-based leader in legal enterprise software announces March 2nd growth fair to expand its workforce
HOUSTON, Feb. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Building upon its strong revenue growth and profitability in 2010, Bridgeway Software, the leading provider of legal enterprise management solutions, today announced its plans to grow its workforce in 2011.
As part of its growth strategy, Bridgeway will host a growth fair on March 2nd to recruit candidates for a variety of professional openings, including management positions in sales, marketing, software development and engineering, product management and product planning. Bridgeway's growth fair will be held on Wednesday, March 2nd from 5 to 7 p.m. at its West Loop South location in Bellaire, TX.

Fueling the company's growth expectations in 2011 is the strong demand Bridgeway has seen from its customers for the many product and service enhancements it delivered last year. In 2010, Bridgeway introduced additional solutions and enhancements to its legal enterprise management and e-Discovery offerings, including its new Legal Hold technology, a complete solution for custodian and case management.
Bridgeway recently began extensive renovations on its Bellaire headquarters to accommodate its growth. The state of the art facility has been designed from ground up to provide a collaborative work space that will promote creativity and innovation while providing Bridgeway with the additional space needed for the new employees it plans to add in 2011 and beyond. The new expanded facility includes high tech media stations and meeting spaces and is designed with special emphasis on the overall well being of the employee. Bridgeway is adding a new staff Cafe, Mother's room, online medical services, and doubling the size of the employee children's play center.
