Brandywine Realty Trust Announces Quarterly Dividends and Confirms Fourth Quarter 2016 Earnings Release and Conference Call
RADNOR, Pa., Dec. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) announced today that our Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share, payable on January 25, 2017 to holders of record on January 11, 2017. The Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43125 for each 6.90% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share, payable on January 17, 2017, to holders of record on December 30, 2016.
As previously announced, we will release our fourth quarter earnings after the market close on Tuesday, January 31, 2017, and will hold our fourth quarter conference call on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. EST.
