The Speed Shift Continuous Active Compression System is the world's FIRST superelastic Nitinol bone fixation implant with an offset bridge to accommodate uneven bone surfaces that are procedure specific, such as for sliding calcaneal osteotomies. This unique superelastic implant, with a stepped bridge (available in a range of sizes from 4mm to 12mm) offers the Foot & Ankle surgeon intraoperative options for reconstruction of flatfoot and high arch conditions.
The new Speed Shift System is a patent-pending, fully disposable, pre-sterilized implant & instrumentation system that includes the newly released patent-pending Speed™ Zero-Torque™ Insertion Tool. The Shift offset implant, which comes pre-loaded onto the Speed Zero-Torque Insertion Tool, offers our customers more options.
