Kim Lamoureux has been promoted to Vice President, Research, succeeding company co-founder Chris Howard, who is now Senior Vice President, Product Strategy. Sarah White has been named Principal Analyst, Talent Acquisition, while Steve Goldberg recently joined as Principal Analyst and HR Technology Industry Advisor. Barb Arth has been named Senior Analyst, Leadership Development, and Janet Clarey joins as Senior Analyst, Corporate Learning and Development.

Kim Lamoureux has for the past five years served as Principal Analyst for Bersin & Associates, directing the company's research in leadership development. Lamoureux has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and talent management, with areas of expertise in leadership and executive development, career development, and succession management. She has consulted and worked on various talent initiatives in a variety of organizations including Chevron, Lockheed Martin, Right Management, FM Global and Qualcomm. Prior to joining Bersin & Associates, Lamoureux held several talent and development management positions at Textron Inc. Most recently, she was manager of leadership development and training, responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of global leadership and professional development programs and processes.
Sarah White joins Bersin & Associates after serving as acting chief strategy officer for HRM Direct. She has experience as an agency and corporate recruiter, HR technology leader, and industry speaker and blogger. White has collaborated with numerous corporate HR departments and talent acquisition vendors to drive recruitment strategies and develop integrated technology and social media solutions that reduce cost, save time and improve quality of hire. Previously, she served as director, recruitment strategy, at MRA – the Management Association. Well-known in the online human resource and social media circles as the online personality @ImSoSarah, she has been named to Monster.com's 2011 list of Top 11 People to Watch, a Top 50 Influencer by Fast Company magazine in 2010, and has spoken at top global recruiting and interactive events including SXSW.
Steve Goldberg's extensive background in human resource systems and talent management includes serving as an independent advisor in recent years to dozens of HR customers and solution providers, in addition to co-founding a recruiting solutions firm. Previously, Goldberg was the global head of HCM product strategy at PeopleSoft. Before that, he served as global head, HR systems and operations at UBS Swiss Bank Corp. Goldberg also has served as head of HR systems at Salomon Brothers, PaineWebber, and Kidder Peabody. In a prior role, he was managing partner, engagement manager at AG Consulting. Goldberg was invited to the Human Capital Institute's "2009 Executive Roundtable of 10 Respected HR Thought Leaders."
Barb Arth has more than 20 years of experience as a senior talent management executive and consultant with expertise in leadership development, succession management, talent mobility, career development and integrating talent processes for business impact. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies on a wide variety of talent initiatives, including the design and development of competency-based curricula, job role development linked to critical business goals, leadership development and talent mobility strategies for global and matrixed organizations. Prior to joining Bersin & Associates, Arth held senior talent management positions in a variety of industries at companies that include United Airlines, Motorola, Owens Corning, and LexisNexis. She also served in principal consulting roles with Arthur Andersen, Thomson NetG, and LearnShare.
Janet Clarey most recently served as technology editor for Elearning! Media Group. Previously, she was a senior analyst at Brandon Hall Research. Her background is in corporate training where she focused on instructional design and implementing competency-based technical training programs. She is an experienced virtual & classroom trainer, facilitator and courseware designer. She has served as project manager for several training initiatives, including the implementation of learning management and learning content management systems.
