Bernstein Liebhard LLP Named To The National Law Journal's List Of "America's Elite Trial Lawyers"

• In re Processed Egg Products Antitrust Litigation, No. 08-md-02002 (GP) (E.D. Pa.):  The firm obtained preliminary approval of a $28 million partial settlement (in addition to $25 million already received) in a national antitrust litigation alleging an industry-wide, price-fixing conspiracy that raised the price of shell eggs and egg products.
