BenefitMall Adds New Features to Employer Services Exchange®
Online Benefits Administration System Upgrades Enhance Speed, Usability, Security, Enrollment Process, and Plan Comparisons
DALLAS, July 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- BenefitMall®, the leading provider of employee benefit, human resources, and payroll products and services, today announced updated features and enhancements for its online Employer Services Exchange (ESE), the proprietary system enables employees, employers, and agents to administer every facet of their group insurance and payroll needs.
The modernized interface features simplified navigation and a cohesive user experience that makes benefits management faster and more streamlined.
"BenefitMall is committed to delivering top services and support to our brokers, clients, and their employees. We want our systems to be simple and intuitive, and we are always striving to enhance our services to reduce administrative work. Our updated Employer Services Exchange application presents more features and an improved user experience for administrators managing company benefits, human resources and broker representatives handling employee information, and employees accessing benefit information," said Chief Information Officer Michelle Sheffield.
It's now easier for benefits administrators to create employee profiles, manage and enroll employees, order identification cards, print verification forms, view contact and benefits information, and run reports for eligibility, new hires, terminations, company costs, open enrollment, and rate summaries.
Brokers can run quotes, view bills and payment histories, generate broker reports, and create pre-populated election forms.
For employees, system features include real-time rate calculations as well as simplified enrollment and life events registration for medical, dental, and vision plans. Enhanced web-based billing lets employers quickly view recent summaries on activity, online bills, outstanding balances, and more.
Expanded plan comparisons outline up to four plans side by side, including options from multiple carriers both in and out of network.
