Becky Elhardt-Kiel is recognized by Continental Who's Who
PLANO, Texas, July 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Becky Elhardt-Kiel is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Coaching and Consulting. Becky is a Co-Active Coach with the Interwoven Path.
Owned and operated by Becky, the Interwoven Path was established in 2012. Prior to starting her own Life Success Coaching firm, she was heavily involved in leadership and speaking roles in Women's Ministry at her church. She was one of the top-rated Mortgage Bankers at a national company earlier in her career, which informs her Executive and Team Coaching.
In her current capacity, Becky works with individuals and teams (including couples, families and corporate teams) to create and maintain fruitful, positive movement forward. She coaches those making transitions, career and growth direction decisions, and teams wanting a more cohesive, synchronistic culture. She works with families with Aspergers' Syndrome members, intense or special-needs children. She also is a certified member of the John Maxwell Team as a Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker. She uses this material to lead individuals and teams to greater leadership and influence. Becky is certified to administer the MyBrainSolutions Assessment through the Academy of Brain-Based Leadership and coach around the results of the Assessment, which measures cognitive ability. This allows the individual to be aware of areas of life that are harder just because they're not as developed in specific cognitive areas.
Being coached by Becky using the MBS Leadership Assessment gives the client access to a personalized on-line 'dashboard'. Their dashboard can then be used to practice and track those skills that have been identified as possibly needing improvement. They can retake the Assessment at a later date, seeing the measurable improvement they've made. She is also certified by Strengths Strategy to coach using the Gallup StrengthsFinders 2.0 assessment, which is a valuable tool for individuals and teams as they see their own strengths, contributions, needs and weakness patterns. This is a whole new enlightening lens for most to look through. Even those who have taken the SF 2.0 before find that they really didn't understand the depth of information about themselves available to them by being coached around their unique strengths/talents.
Becky feels it is her mission in life to see people with huge untapped potential and reflect that 'seeing' back to the client. She creates the sacred, confidential space that her clients need to really see themselves authentically by deeply listening to their actual words, and perhaps the underlying story or pattern they've created. Her clients move forward in measurable ways, whether it's a job or season of life transition. Individual coaching along with team building coaching can bring meteoric transformational synergy to the team. There is much change in the workplace right now, and many are finding their roles are changing, meaning they need to learn to stretch into their growth zone. Moving out of a comfortable role is not always a choice, and there is always a 'leaning forward' required. Being coached by Becky facilitates that process for the individual, and often the whole team that's transitioning into a different kind of organizational structure. Coaching makes the client/team aware of the culture they've been in, and can see the adjustments that need to be made to move into the next phase of the organization. Becky recognizes the individual person, their role, and sees the team as a whole. Each is going to need to recognize the stretching they're all going to do as they move into their new space and make a successful transition into their rapidly changing world.
As a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Becky was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year for her continuing success. In her free time, she enjoys her husband and adult sons, friends and family, reading, quilting, art and is active in her local church. She loves to camp and travel.
