Bank of Commerce Holdings™ Announces Fourth Quarter Cash Dividend of $0.03
REDDING, Calif., Dec. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Randall S. Eslick, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Commerce Holdings (NASDAQ:BOCH), a $932 million bank holding company and parent company of Redding Bank of Commerce™, today announced a cash dividend of $0.03 per share for the fourth quarter 2013.
The $0.03 per share quarterly cash dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of December 27, 2013, and is payable on January 10, 2014.
