Balfegó Held its First Kaitai Show in New York in Front of Renowned Chefs Such as José Andrés
- Nobuyuki Tajiri, a Japanese master tuna cutter who settled down in Spain more than 30 years ago performed the kaitai step by step right in front of people's eyes.
- An entire giant tuna of more than 400 pounds was cut into parts. The fish used in the cutting show was enjoyed as sushi and other recipes at the Cocktail Reception prepared by Zuma's Sushi chefs.
