Enhanced Role Positions Ellis to Support Multifamily Property Management Firm's Infrastructure, Comprehensive Suite of Client Services
SEATTLE, Sept. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Avenue5 Residential, a multifamily property management services firm, announces that Lisa Ellis has been promoted to division president of the Northwest, effective immediately. Ellis' enhanced role aligns with her steadily expanding portfolio of properties, as she currently oversees 110 assets and 20,000 units spanning Northern California, Northern Nevada, Montana, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. In addition to overseeing a team of operations vice presidents in each of these states, she also leads Avenue5's new business initiatives and client success planning process.

Ellis has worked in the multifamily industry since 1990. Prior to joining Avenue5, she oversaw Greystar's national client services platform and served as executive vice president at Riverstone Residential Group, vice president at BlackRock, director of asset management at Security Properties Incorporated, and vice president at Trammell Crow Residential Services. She holds expertise in acquisition underwriting and analysis, new development pre-construction planning, financial performance underwriting, asset repositioning, capital budget preparation functions, new development marketing and planning, business development, associate training, property operations and performance, and all facets of asset strategy formulation.
