Automotive News Expands Global Reach With Automotive News Canada
DETROIT, Feb. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Automotive News, a global media organization founded in 1925, announced today at the Toronto Auto Show that it is expanding its brand with the creation of Automotive News Canada. Automotive News Canada will encompass a dedicated suite of news products – in print, online and e-newsletters. It will focus exclusively on automakers and their franchised car dealers and original equipment suppliers at the heart of an industry that produces 2.4 million vehicles annually, sells 1.9 million new vehicles a year and contributes $83 billion to the national economy.
The preview issue is available at automotivenews.ca. The Automotive News Canada website and weekly newsletter will launch this spring. The first monthly print edition is set to be published on Canada Day, July 1.
Automotive News Canada will be led by Publisher Jason Stein, Editor-in-Chief Jeff Melnychuk and Editor Joe Knycha.
