Auto Data Direct, Inc. Names Tom Drake Tow Services Manager

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Feb. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Auto Data Direct, Inc., (ADD) today announced the appointment of Tom Drake as its national Towing Services Manager.  Tom joined ADD in 2008 with the primary responsibility of assisting the Florida-based company in expanding its extensive tow industry service into Texas and throughout the nation.

Designed in-house by ADD's innovative technology team, the new program offers interactive dispatch and mapping; customized ticket templates for quick ticket generation; GPS/Fleet management integration; automatic mileage calculation and driver status/location updates (with GPS); account-based rate/fee profiles; photo, video and file attachment for tickets; lot management and at-a-glance inventory administration; administrative tools and user-specific permissions.
