Attention Cocktail Connoisseurs and Beer Meisters! UNO® has Exciting New Additions to Its Lounge Offering
New Beers and Cocktails Make UNO the Perfect Gathering Spot
BOSTON, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- UNO® is going way deeper than pizza with an exciting new expansion of their lounge program, bringing deeper focus on craft beer, as exemplified by their enhanced offerings of the award-winning line of Samuel Adams® lagers and ales. In addition, UNO has introduced an ever-changing selection of Shaker's Choice 14 oz. premium cocktails that are priced at $4.99 every day, all day.
With their popular Snack Hours program, UNO is now the perfect place to gather with friends. These enhancements are part of a series of changes Uno Chicago Grill is incorporating to position the restaurant chain for future growth.
"Our lounge areas have always been a great place for locals to gather, but our new craft beer and premium beverage choices make it both a 'deeper' lounge experience and a 'deeper' value than other casual dining choices," said Rick Hendrie, senior vice president, marketing, UNO.
For those who enjoy a cold mug of beer while watching the game, UNO is the perfect destination. In addition to TVs strategically positioned throughout most UNO lounges, guests can enjoy Samuel Adams Boston Lager® and Samuel Adams Seasonal beers served in 16- or 22-ounce Samuel Adams Perfect Pint glasses.
"UNO has a longstanding relationship with Samuel Adams; we believe they share a similar culture of passion and craftsmanship," said Hendrie. "Their products are award winning around the world and fit perfectly with our commitment to hand-made quality and 'better' ingredients."
A selection of other beers is also available in 14- or 20-ounce glasses. UNO features a variety of regional, as well as craft, non-alcoholic and gluten-free beers, not to mention "malternatives" like Twisted Tea and Smirnoff Ice.
However, if cocktails are more your thing, UNO's "Shakers Choice," is the perfect companion. It is designed to compete with other companies' cocktail specials, not just from its competitive pricing, but from its portion size, use of premium spirits and wide selection.
UNO also features a "Snack Hours" menu, available in most locations Sunday through Friday from 4-7PM and 10PM to close. Guests can enjoy a variety of small, value-priced dishes including Lobster Sliders, Shrimp and Crab Fun-Doo and House-made Guacamole Dip, just to name a few. Of course, there is also UNO's signature Pizza Skins®, which is a big lounge favorite! Dishes are priced from $1.99 to $4.99, so guests can have a little bit of everything they enjoy.
"We understand our guest comes to an UNO lounge first and foremost to gather with friends. These significant enhancements to our lounge and beverage menus are our way of giving them more to celebrate when they enjoy the simple pleasures of being together in a fun, casual 'come-as-you-are' atmosphere," said Hendrie. "As a result, we know they'll want to linger longer and visit more often."
