Atlantic Trust announces new senior hires and appointments in Texas and California
New hires come amid period of strong growth for Atlantic Trust nationwide
AUSTIN, TX, June 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Atlantic Trust, the U.S. private wealth management division of CIBC (NYSE: CM) (TSX: CM), today announced two team additions and two appointments that will enhance the client experience and drive growth in its Texas and California offices.

- John W. Winslow, CFA, recently joined the firm as senior relationship manager and managing director, overseeing the Dallas and Austin regions.
- J. Bradford Craig has joined the firm's San Francisco office as senior relationship manager and senior vice president.
- Mark E. Frazier, CFA, senior relationship manager, will support Winslow in Texas, and has been appointed head of the Austin office and promoted to managing director.
- In the firm's Houston office, F. Allen Lyons, vice president, is transitioning from his current role as wealth strategist to serve as a business development professional in the region.

With more than 24 years of industry experience, Winslow will provide regional leadership in the Dallas and Austin markets and develop holistic wealth management solutions that suit clients' individual needs. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust on April 27, he was a senior director for BNY Mellon, where he led BNY's portfolio management team in the Texas region. Previously, he served as COO of the William C. Ward Family Office and led the office's investment activities. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University, Winslow holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification and is a former board member of the CFA Society of Dallas/Fort Worth.
Frazier brings more than 15 years of industry experience to his role, where he continues to develop and implement customized investment and wealth management strategies for clients, while also now leading the Austin team. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Washington State University, holds the CFA certification and is a member of the CFA Society of Austin and the CFA Institute.
Craig, who joined Atlantic Trust on May 4, brings more than 37 years of industry experience to the firm. In his new role, he consults with clients and their advisors to develop and implement customized investment allocation strategies. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, Craig was a senior investment strategist for nine years at Wells Fargo Private Bank, where he also consulted with high net worth individuals and foundations. He earned his bachelor's degree from Stanford University and is certified in the Advanced Management College of the Stanford Business School.
Lyons joined Atlantic Trust in 2008 as a wealth strategist, providing clients with estate and financial planning services. In his new role as business development officer, he will be responsible for cultivating relationships with high net worth clients and strengthening associations with key intermediary referral sources. Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, Lyons was a tax and audit associate at Stevens, Henry & Mathews LLP. Lyons earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
Fiscal year-to-date, Atlantic Trust has added 20 new professionals in its Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Houston and San Francisco offices, including two senior relationship managers, two senior risk management officers, four client service associates and a new corporate events manager. The firm now manages $27.3 billion in assets under management as of April 30, 2015.
