HERNDON, Va., Oct. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Artel, LLC announced that three members of its management team have received the Office of the Secretary of Defense Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot Award. Service members may nominate employers "for contributing to National Security and protecting liberty and freedom by supporting employee participation in America's National Guard and Reserve force."
Artel employee Ashis Roy submitted the nominations to the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve organization, which is a Department of Defense program. On September 24, 2018, retired U.S. Marine and current National Guard volunteer Patrick J. O'Connor visited Artel's Herndon, Virginia headquarters to present the following individuals with this prestigious honor:
