Argex announces annual general meeting results

MONTREAL, June 18, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Argex Titanium Inc. (TSX: RGX) announced today that shareholders have approved all resolutions put forth at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, in Montreal, Quebec.

Roy Bonnell, Argex President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "We are pleased with the results from our Annual Meeting this year, including the participation of more than 40% of voting shares. The Argex team would like to thank shareholders for their continued support."

Argex is pleased to announce the appointment of Genevieve Marchand to Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Argex also announces the resignation of Mr. Mark Billings as Vice President, Corporate Development and as director of the corporation effective June 17, 2014. Mr. Billings resigned as VP Corporate Development and director in order to pursue other business endeavours.

Additionally, Argex announces the resignation of André Laferrière, Vice-President, Mining and Geology, effective June 13, 2014.
