ARES Security Corporation Created to Provide Security Optimization Solutions

BURLINGAME, Calif., Oct. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ARES Security Corporation, previously part of ARES Software, has been officially established to serve the government and commercial security markets. The new company will provide software and services that leverage 3D modeling and simulation technologies to visualize, analyze, and optimize security environments.

"Upon the successful launch of our new solution, AVERT Essentials, the ARES shareholders determined that we should create a new company, ARES Security, to continue to serve our Department of Energy and Department of Defense clients while growing our future with the non-regulated commercial markets," said Dr. Richard J. Stuart, President and CEO of ARES Security Corporation. This new company will focus on providing security solutions to nuclear, defense, oil and gas, space and transportation customers.

Mr. Robert H. Scott, III, P.E., former Executive Director of Security Solutions Strategy at Intergraph Corporation, and Mr. John Halsema, former Senior Vice President, Public Safety and Homeland Security of Rolta International, have joined ARES Security to lead the business development and product development divisions respectively.
