Arclin Appoints New President & CEO
Russ Taylor to Succeed Retiring Claudio D'Ambrosio
NEW YORK, Dec. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Arclin Cayman Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Russ Taylor as President & CEO of Arclin. Mr. Taylor's appointment occurs as a result of Claudio D'Ambrosio's decision to retire, which was announced in June of 2011.

Mr. Taylor joins Arclin with over thirty years of exceptional results leading value creation in the manufacturing sector by driving innovation, branding, operational efficiency, acquisitions and supply chain optimization.
Russ joins Arclin from his prior position as President & CEO of Cellu Tissue Holdings Inc., where he developed and executed a strategy that included manufacturing, supply chain and product improvements, which led to the successful repositioning of the company as the "manufacturer of choice" for the consumer tissue private label market. During Mr. Taylor's nine years with the company, net sales grew from $225 million to over $550 million and EBITDA increased from $6 million to over $85 million.
Prior to Cellu Tissue, Mr. Taylor was employed by the Kimberly-Clark Corporation for over 20 years in a number of manufacturing, research and development and general management positions. During his tenure with Kimberly Clark, Mr. Taylor was the President of Kimberly Clark's Canadian Forest, Pulp and Paper Business located in Terrace Bay, Ontario. In addition, Russ also held general management positions in Kimberly Clark's Adult and Child Care sectors. At the time of his resignation from Kimberly Clark in 2001, Mr. Taylor was Group President with global responsibility for Kimberly Clark's Professional Products Sector, Pulp and Paper, Neenah Paper, and Corporate Environmental.
In addition to demonstrating strong manufacturing, commercial and consumer acumen, Mr. Taylor has a proven track record of embracing innovation and technology as a means of building and empowering high-performance teams that are motivated to achieve business and personal goals and to deliver profitable growth for investors.
Originally from the Chicago area, Russ received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida in 1979.
