Arcadian Health Names Curtis Terry as Senior Vice President of Network Management
OAKLAND, Calif., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Arcadian Health announced today that Curtis Terry has been appointed as the Senior Vice President of Network Management, effective immediately. Based in Arcadian's corporate office in Oakland, CA, Curtis will be responsible for network management, provider relations, market development, and medical economics.

Curtis plans to improve both quality and cost management by leveraging health care innovations and fostering highly collaborative working relations with physicians and other health care providers.
Curtis has served on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Health Plans and on the Board of Directors for the Integrated Healthcare Association. He has over 30 years of experience in health care, including 9 years as Regional President, Health Care Delivery for Aetna and 7 years as Senior Officer for Aetna's West Region. At Aetna, Curtis was responsible for regulatory compliance, provider network and patient management activities, medical cost management, medical economics, strategic planning, coordination of health care delivery activities with all Aetna operating units, G&A management, and P&L at the regional level.
Prior to his experience at Aetna, Curtis was Vice President of Network Services for Blue Cross of California/WellPoint, President & Chief Operations Officer of Adesso Specialty Services, Vice President of Provider Services at TakeCare Health Plan and Senior Consultant with Jurgovan & Blair, Inc. (JBI). He holds a B.A. in Zoology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
