Prior to joining Ankura, Mr. Milbourne served as the interim chief HR officer and vice president of talent management for Arconic, the lightweight metals engineering and manufacturing firm formerly known as Alcoa. Mr. Milbourne has also held senior human resources leadership positions at Westinghouse Electric Company. Over the course of his career, Mr. Milbourne has worked with the executives of multi-billion-dollar international companies to improve performance and achieve optimal results.
