Andrew Todhunter of KAPCO Named Outstanding Board of Governors Member by The ESOP Association

WASHINGTON, May 10, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Andrew Todhunter, President of KAPCO, an employee-owned company located in Brea, California, was named the 2012 Outstanding Board of Governors Member by The ESOP Association.  The award was presented at the Association's 35th Annual Conference in Washington, DC. 

Mr. Todhunter is an active member of The ESOP Association's Board of Governors and has served in numerous volunteer capacities for the Association over the years. He is involved on both the Chapter and National levels and has been actively working to educate the public about employee ownership.
