Americold Realty Trust Completes Lease With Target Corporation at Phoenix, Arizona Warehouse
ATLANTA, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Americold Realty Trust ("Americold") today announced a new five-year triple net lease with Target Corporation for approximately 100,000 square feet of space at the Company's Phoenix, Arizona temperature controlled warehouse. The facility, located at 455 S. 75th Avenue, will serve as a regional cold-storage and distribution center for Target Corporation in support of its frozen food business.
The lease commenced on May 1, 2010 and brings the building to 100% occupancy.
