American Gilsonite to Provide Update on 2015 Outlook

BONANZA, Utah, Jan. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- American Gilsonite Company, Inc. ("American Gilsonite", or "AGC"), the world's major supplier of Gilsonite®, announced that it will host a conference call for holders of its Senior Secured Notes and other members of the financial community on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 10:00am ET.  The purpose of this conference call will be to provide an update on the Company's 2015 outlook, and will not include detailed discussion of fourth quarter 2014 results.

A rebroadcast of this conference call will also be available through March 10, 2015.  The dial-in information for both the conference call and the rebroadcast has been posted to the Company's Intralinks website.  Participants for the conference call are requested to dial in five to ten minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
